We always make this casserole for brunch at our student retreats and it is always a hit.
1 kg hash browns pre-cooked ham, sliced thin and bite size pieces
1 can cr. of celery soup
1/4 cup margarine
500 ml sour cream
1 cup milk
1/4 lb cheddar cheese grated
Directions: alternate hash browns, cheese and ham in 12X9 pan. Mix together meilted margarine, soup, sour cream and milk. Pour mixture over hash browns and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 15 people so double the batch for 30.
