Chicken fried Rice

Taken from the back of a rice bag.

10 portions


3 eggs beaten

Vegetable oil

3 cups diced cooked chicken

6 cups of cooked rice

Frozen carrots and peas

1-2 green onion

Soy sauce to taste ( ¼ cup?)

Put a bit of vegetable oil in heated frying pan, and scramble eggs. Put aside cooked eggs.

Put vegetable oil in pan, heat chicken in frying pan and add rice, onion and vegetables. Add cooked eggs and soy sauce once heated through and coat all over.
